The Giveaway system allows you to create exciting contests that keep your community engaged. Whether you're celebrating milestones, promoting events, or just rewarding loyal members, giveaways are the perfect tool.
Members enter by reacting to the giveaway message, and winners are automatically selected when the timer expires. It's completely fair, transparent, and managed entirely through the dashboard!
Create via Dashboard
Configure Giveaway Details
Navigate to Giveaways in your dashboard and set up:
Prize: What participants can win (e.g., "Discord Nitro", "Custom Role")
Duration: How long the giveaway runs (minutes, hours, or days)
Winners: Number of winners to select
Channel: Where the giveaway will be posted
Set Entry Requirements (Optional)
Add requirements to ensure only eligible members can enter:
- →Required Role: Must have a specific role to enter
- →Minimum Level: Requires a certain XP level (if leveling is enabled)
- →Account Age: Discord account must be X days old
- →Server Join Date: Must have been in server for X days
Customize Appearance
Make your giveaway stand out with custom styling:
Title: Eye-catching header
Description: Event details
Color: Embed accent color
Emoji: Reaction emoji (default 🎉)
Launch & Manage
Click Start Giveaway to publish it instantly! The bot will post an embed, add the reaction emoji, and start the countdown timer.
You can view active giveaways, end them early, or reroll winners from the dashboard at any time.
💡Winner Selection Process
1. Timer Expires
When the giveaway duration ends, the bot locks entries
2. Random Selection
Winners are randomly selected from all eligible participants
3. Winner Announcement
Winners are mentioned in a reply message with congratulations
4. Reroll Available
If a winner doesn't respond, you can reroll from the dashboard
